The road surface !! 
สภาพถนนที่ชำรุด เมื่อฝนตกหนักจะทำให้ถนนช่วงนี้เป็นโคลนซึ่งแม้กระทั่งรถขับเคลื่อนสี่ล้อยังผ่านถนนช่วงนี้ไปอย่างยากลำบากมาก
Poor condition of road surface slows down the building process of the orphanage house.Heavy rain would transform this part of the road into muddy slope,make it very difficult to pass, even for a four wheeler.
ข้าพเจ้าได้กลับบ้านอีกครั้งหลังจากที่ได้กลับไปล่าสุดเมื่อช่วงพักร้อนตอนสงกรานต์ที่ผ่านมา หลังจากนั้น วันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2552 ข้าพเจ้านัดพบกับคุณเปิงจื่นผู้ประสานงานระหว่างในเมืองกับโรงเรียนบนดอยสามสิบ เพื่อพูดคุยไต่ถามถึงการก่อสร้างบ้านเด็กกำพร้า คุณเปิงจื่นได้มอบไฟล์ภาพถ่ายการก่อสร้างบ้านให้ข้าพเจ้า ตามที่ข้าพเจ้าได้ร้องขอไว้ว่าให้ถ่ายภาพเผื่อด้วย หากได้ขึ้นๆลงๆดอย เพื่อที่จะได้นำลงเสนอในเวบบล็อคนี้ ที่บนดอยมีฝนตกชุกมาก การก่อสร้างไม่ได้ดำเนินต่อเนื่องกันไปทุกวัน ถ้าฝนตกมากคนงานก็ทำงานไม่ได้ โรงเรียนเปิดมาได้ราวหนึ่งเดือนพอดี นับถึงวันที่ข้าพเจ้าพบกับคุณเปิงชื่น ถนนที่แปรสภาพเป็นโคลน ได้เป็นอุปสรรคในการขนวัสดุก่อสร้างขึ้นไปบนดอย โดยเฉพาะ 1 กิโลสุดท้ายก่อนถึงจุดก่อสร้างบ้านพักนั้น มีอยู่ช่วงหนึ่งมีความยาวราว 40-50 เมตรที่เป็นจุดลาดชัน และเมื่อถึงหน้าฝนดั่งเช่นในขณะนี้ ถนนที่ปกติมีสภาพดี จะกลายเป็นโคลนเละ ทำให้รถวิ่งผ่านลำบาก หากเป็นรถบรรทุกของหนักๆอย่างของจำพวกวัสดุก่อสร้างแล้วละก็ จะมีปัญหาเป็นแน่ ข้าพเจ้าขอให้คุณเมืองจื่นไปสำรวจว่า จะใช้งบประมาณสักเท่าไหร่ที่พอจะปรับปรุงถนนช่วงที่มีปัญหานั้นให้รถวิ่งผ่านไปได้ ในเมื่อเราตัดสินใจก่อสร้างบ้านไปแล้ว และเป็นรูปเป็นร่างขึ้นมาแล้ว จะหยุดไว้เพียงเพื่อให้ผ่านหน้าฝนไปก็เกรงว่าจะอีกนาน กว่าฝนบนดอยจะหมดจริงๆก็ราวๆ ปลายเดือนตุลาคม ข้าพเจ้ากำลังรอคำตอบจากคุณเปิงจื่นในเรื่องนี้อยู่ ไปๆมาๆกลับกลายเป็นว่า สร้างบ้านให้เด็กกำพร้าแล้ว ยังต้องพ่วงด้วยการซ่อมถนนอีก อย่างไรก็ดี ข้าพเจ้าคิดว่าเพื่อนร่วมงานของข้าพเจ้าคงไม่ว่าอะไรเนื่องจากเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นจริงๆ หากไม่ปรับปรุงถนนช่วงนั้น ก็คงไม่สามารถนำวัสดุก่อสร้างขึ้นไปยังจุดก่อสร้างได้
I met Mr.Perngchuen once again on 17 June 09 after my latest return home during my vacation in April.Our talk mainly involved the progressive construction of the orphanage house at Doi Samsip school.He gave me some updates as well as picture files of the house building progress so that I can post in this blog.Heavy rain on the mountain affects the construction pace so badly.
It has been exactly 1 month since the new semester started at Doi Samsip school til the day I met Mr.Perngchuen.Muddy road condition along the way up to the mountain pose difficulty to the transportation of construction materials,especially the last kilometre of the road before reaching the school.The worst part is around 50 metres in length which is very steep and muddy.This would make a heavily loaded truck impassable during rainy season.I asked Mr.Perngchuen to get someone to estimate the repair cost of this particular part of the road so that it could get paved.If we wait until rainy season finnishes,which is around the end of October,that would be too long to pause the construction.I am now waiting for the road repair budget estimation from Mr.Perngchuen.It is now necessary to repair the road surface to facilitate the smooth construction of the orphanage house.
